About DGM G-FOLD 3200 AC Automatic Corrugated Cardboard Box Folding and Gluing Machine
- DGM G-FOLD 3200 AC is a fully automatic industrial box folding and gluing machine developed for folding, gluing large-sized corrugated cardboard boxes, and joining two separate cardboard sheets into a single box.
- With a maximum open sheet working width of 3200 mm, it can be used in the production of large-sized transport, storage, and shipping boxes.
- The double piece joining technology of the G-FOLD series allows two separate corrugated cardboard sheets to be fed simultaneously to create a single large box.
- The machine can perform folding and gluing operations for standard single-piece corrugated cardboard boxes as well as double-piece box production.
- There is no front folding unit in the AC configuration. The machine is designed for the production of flat and lock bottom corrugated cardboard boxes.
- With a maximum mechanical working speed of 300 m/min, it can be used for the mass production of large-sized cardboard boxes.
- The independently motor-driven double feeding system supports the simultaneous and synchronized transfer of two separate cardboard sheets to the production line.
- The pneumatic side squaring and alignment system ensures the correct positioning of the two simultaneously fed cardboard sheets before joining.
- Two mechanical bottom gluing disks located on the left and right sides are used in the bottom gluing processes of cardboard boxes.
- The electronically controlled top gluing system allows hot and cold glue applications to be performed through different spray guns.
- A single-gun hot glue and a three-gun cold glue system enable controlled adhesive application for different box designs.
- It is suitable for processing E, F, A, B, and C wave corrugated cardboards, as well as three-layer and five-layer double wave corrugated cardboard sheets.
- Motorized carrier arms moving on linear guides facilitate positioning during transitions to different box sizes.
- Thanks to the smart job memory, measurement and adjustment information for repeated box orders can be recorded and recalled for subsequent productions.
- The long chassis output press conveyor supports the controlled transportation and pressing of large-sized boxes after gluing.
- The 2026 model zero machine has been developed specifically for the needs of facilities producing large-sized industrial packages and double-piece corrugated cardboard boxes.
