1) The mesh pulling system consists of motorized rollers and pneumatically controlled compression cylinders.

When information comes from the welding machine, it compresses the product and sends it to the mobile table.

2) The mobile table can move up and down with one motor and can invert the product with the help of a second motor.

There are double-sided designed pneumatic holders on the table to catch the mesh.

This way, the table does not need to move forward and backward.

The table system is motorized to center the mesh on the table.

3) The carrier wings hold the incoming mesh centrally and assist in the alignment of the mobile table.

They work in coordination with the descent of the table to transfer products to the roller conveyor.

They can be moved motorized according to the mesh width.

4) Stacking adjustment is done with 4 pneumatic buffers and 2 pneumatically controlled covers.

The covers and buffers can be displaced according to the length of the mesh.

Both meshes open and close to ensure the stacking is orderly.

5) The roller conveyor is in two parts. Its total length is 12 meters. It is motorized to tie the stacked product and lift it with a crane.
