1) Length bars placed in channels are fed into the machine with a drive cart.

It is possible to insert 24 length bars.

While welding 8mm, a maximum of 18 bars can be inserted.

The bars are centered by nozzles.

2) The lower electrode, upper electrode, and 120 KVA consist of 6 transformers.

The length bars coming from the drive unit and the cross bars coming from the cross bar ejection unit are held together by a magnet, and the welding pistons compress the bar

and welding is done with the energy coming from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the cross bar storage takes a certain amount of cross bar and drops it into the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the bars one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the cross bar towards the magnet.

4) The mesh pulling system operates with a servo motor-controlled linear slide on a moving cart.

The clamps catch the mesh from the cross bar and pull it step by step.

6) Inside the panel, there are 6 pieces of 800Amp disk thyristor welding units.

PLC and motor control systems are compatible with each other.
