1) It is controlled by a Servo Motor.

It has 18 feed rollers.

The feed amount can be adjusted from the computer.

Length rods come from the roller, pass without straightening and amplitude.

 

Straightening group 1: 18 rollers

2) It consists of a lower electrode, upper electrode, and 9 transformers of 150 KVA.

The length rods coming from the feed unit and the minimum rods coming from the minimum rod ejection unit are held together by a magnet, and the welding pistons compress the rod

and welding is done with the energy coming from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the minimum rod warehouse takes a certain amount of minimum rods and leaves them in the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the rods one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the minimum rod towards the magnet.

4) The guillotine cuts when the mesh length is completed.

5) The packaging system takes the product coming with the ejection rollers onto the turning table.

Holders lock the mesh, the table rises and rotates.

When the next mesh comes, both descend onto the conveyor.

The package is adjusted through pistons on the side surfaces.

When the package quantity reaches the desired number, the rollers rotate and dispatch the package. 

Turning tables and side support tables are motorized according to the mesh position.
