Nowicki MA-PSCH 500 is a highly efficient marination and saucing drum designed specifically for vacuum massage and tenderizing processes during the production of products such as meat and chicken döner. This device, with its cylindrical body structure and herringbone interior design, optimizes the rotation and working times, providing the best parameters needed for the meat. It increases the protein binding capacity of the meat while improving its flavor and texture. Thanks to the cooling unit, the processing time is shortened, which increases production speed and enhances efficiency.
The entire device is made of stainless steel, resistant to acidic environments. This material increases the durability of the machine while maximizing hygiene conditions. With the microprocessor control unit (Siemens) and frequency converter (USDoterm Drivers), the processing parameters of the device can be controlled with precision. This system has a wide program capacity of up to 30 different technological programs, allowing the desired temperature and time to be set for optimal meat processing. The easy-to-use control panel offers operators the ability to manage the process comfortably.
Nowicki MA-PSCH 500, equipped with a cooling unit, provides double-walled body cooling during meat processing. This feature keeps the meat temperature at an optimal level and enables the acceleration of the processing process. Additionally, the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants R504 or R407 positively impacts the device's energy efficiency and environmental effect. The BUSCH vacuum pump in the device performs vacuum operations with high efficiency.
This model, with a high vacuum capacity, has the ability to achieve up to 95% vacuum. The vacuum system prevents air from entering the meat, which increases the effectiveness of the massage process, resulting in higher quality outcomes.
