EDGE 80 plate welding edge opening machine is a high-speed plate welding edge opening machine with a high edge opening capacity and is fast and precise thanks to its surface milling machine with high-speed interchangeable tips.

EDGE 80 can work on plates with a thickness of 6 to 120 mm, can reach a maximum of 80 mm diagonally, and is equipped with a head type that allows for opening angles between 10° and 70°, enabling very easy and quick adjustment of the opening angle. This machine can also perform J Bevel (R6 and R8) between 0° and 30°.

EDGE 80 plate welding edge opening machine is equipped with a car that has a plate detection sensor as well as a new chip removal system. Additionally, the machine has a damping system that allows overcoming possible defects on the plate and the ground.

EDGE 80 can open all kinds of materials with a smooth surface quality. Once the machine is placed and fixed on the plate, it progresses along the edge to the farthest end without operator intervention.
