The Challenge series plate welding edge opening machine automatically progresses along the plate after being placed at the edge of the plate, without the need for operator intervention.

Challenge model plate welding edge opening machines are available in three different models:

Challenge 12 plate welding edge opening machine

The compactly designed plate welding edge opening machine meets the need for high portability around the working area. The fixed head type of the machine allows for the adjustment of the edge opening angle by moving the wheeled mounting platform.

Available joining platforms: 30° (standard), 22°30′, 25°, 35°, 37°30′, 45° and 55°, each of which can be installed in less than a minute.

The maximum accessible diagonal is 12 mm.

Challenge 15 plate welding edge opening machine

The plate welding edge opening machine is suitable for both large and small plates.

The adjustable head type of the machine allows for the edge opening angle to be changed in a few minutes without the use of any additional accessories.

The maximum accessible diagonal is 15 mm.

Challenge 15 U plate welding edge opening machine

The plate welding edge opening machine can work on the underside of the plate. It is the inverted version of Challenge 15.

The maximum accessible diagonal is 15 mm.
