Product Features

The machine has been designed for the first time by our company to comply with CE standards considering hygiene and human health. The gearbox body is made of aluminum casting. The front cover of the gearbox is made of cast iron to prevent the felt bearing from oxidizing and decaying.

The upper tray (meat loading chamber) and the casing of the machine are made of 304 quality stainless steel sheet.

The upper tray of the machine has a hand protection device made of 304 quality stainless steel.

The bucket (meat outlet chamber), screw (worm or ball), collar (nut), and meat inlet neck of the machine are made of 304 quality stainless steel casting.

To enable the meat outlet chamber to be removed and installed, 2 pieces of m.16 stainless bolts and 2 pieces of m.16 stainless nuts are used. Closed cap nuts are used on the front surface of the nuts to prevent dirt accumulation.

The meat outlet chamber (bucket) of the machine can be easily removed and installed for cleaning purposes.

There is a stainless steel casting key in the machine to remove and install the collar (nut) and also to remove and install the meat outlet chamber.

A carrying handle has been attached to the back cover of the machine for easy transportation.

The coupling shaft in the machine is made of 1050 alloy steel material and is induction hardened and ground to obtain a clean surface (top surface), ensuring the oil seal's long-lasting durability.

A 4 Hp 3 kw Trifaze Gamak brand motor is used in the machine. Its capacity is 600 kg / hour.

There are 2 (two) contactors used as motor protectors in the machine.

The machine has a start-stop-emergency stop button for forward, reverse, stop, and emergency situations.

The machine is a L & W brand with 3 cups and 2 blades, and if ordered, a special SEPARATION DEVICE can be installed for an additional cost.

All connections and equipment of the meat and meat processing units in the machine are made of 304 quality stainless steel casting.
