·  The diced meat machine can also be used for cutting hard vegetables such as potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc., in addition to meat cutting. The meat or hard vegetable filled into the chamber is cut into diced pieces by the blade system in the meat outlet chamber of the machine, and length cutting is also performed with the front length cutting blade.

When the upper chamber cover and the front blade cover are closed, the machine will continue to operate from where it left off.

·  Before starting the first operation, the electric cable is plugged into the socket, and the switch is set to position 1 (one). After loading meat into the upper meat chamber, when the upper cover is closed, your machine will automatically start working.

·  In the first operation, the pusher piston stops at the back position, and after loading the meat and closing the upper cover, the pusher piston automatically starts the pressing process forward. After carrying the material inside the chamber to the front cutting blades, it quickly returns to the back position thanks to the front sensor, and the electricity is cut off by the magnetic eye. By opening the upper cover again, meat loading continues, and when all the drawing process is completed, the switch is set to position 0 (zero). Thus, the electric connection is cut off, and it is ready for cleaning.
