GROUNDSMAN TMC46 is a multi-purpose professional grass mold cutting machine capable of roll grass mold cutting, underground pipe and cable laying, surface drainage, and top layer compaction relief and trenching operations with optional equipment.

It features a zero-vibration steering that allows the user to operate the machine comfortably without fatigue, and the ability to easily attach and detach the blade with three bolts without interrupting work in the field, which are just a few of the key features that set it apart from other brands.

It is powered by a 6.5 HP HONDA engine.

It is a 4-wheel drive machine, standing out with excellent traction power and operator comfort.

The TMC46 is designed for easy and damage-free re-laying of the cut grass mold with its precise cutting. Grass rolls can be made up to 9 cm thick with cutting blade options of 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, and 60 cm widths.

Thanks to the position of the blade mounted on the rear outer side of the machine, it provides visibility for easy access and aligned cutting, as well as the ability to attach blades of unlimited width and to mount center-mounted top drainage and top layer compaction relief equipment.

The grass mold cutting blade can be adjusted up to 9 cm, while other top drainage, top layer compaction relief, trenching, cable, and pipe laying equipment can be adjusted up to 12.5 cm deep.

It is easy to use and has low maintenance costs.

STANDARD MOLD CUTTING BLADES
Standard blades are available in widths of 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, and 60 cm for roll grass mold cutting. The blades are made of durable high-strength steel. The cutting thickness can be adjusted up to 9 cm.
The patented design of the side blades ensures perfect cutting of the mold edges.

SERRATED MOLD CUTTING BLADE
GROUNDSMAN has developed a serrated roll cutting blade for fiber-reinforced ready grasses. These blades are also used for cutting in extremely tough conditions. Serrated blades are available in the same widths as other standard cutting blades (from 35 to 60 cm).

BLADE WHEELS
Required only for TMC46 and TMC48 models. Available in 4 widths according to the cutting blade widths to be used. This system provides maximum cutting precision, stability, and traction. Blade wheels are mounted on 3 staking flanges, and the available standard wheel widths are 30 cm, 35 cm, 40 cm, and 45 cm. The 45 cm wheel is used for blades of 45 cm, 50 cm, 55 cm, and 60 cm widths.

DE-COMPACTOR BLADE
The Top Layer Compaction Relief Blade equipment can create a trench up to 13 cm deep in the soil. The tail end of the blade is designed to move along the bottom of the trench and works by mixing the soil underground and relieving compaction. It is mounted on the rear center connection point of the machine.

DRAINAGE BLADE
The Surface Drainage Blade equipment works in the same system as the compaction relief equipment and can create a trench up to 13 cm deep. The lead knob with a diameter of 16 mm at the bottom edge of the blade opens a drainage channel 13 cm below the ground.

TRENCHER BLADE
With the Trenching equipment, channels can be cut in widths of 7.5 cm, 12.5 cm, and 18 cm and up to 10 cm deep. After cutting, you can remove the contents of the channel and put them back when you finish your work.

DUAL MOLD CUTTING BLADE
The Dual Blade works the same way as the standard roll grass cutting blade, except it has two side blades for cutting in two strips along with a center blade. The dual blade is offered in 6 width options from 30 cm to 60 cm. For example, a 30 cm blade makes two cuts of 15 cm width each. A 60 cm blade makes two cuts of 30 cm width each. This is a quick and economical way when narrow cuts are desired. The cutting depth can be adjusted up to 9 cm in the same way as standard roll grass cutting blades.

WEDGED TRENCHING BLADE
The blade creates a single trench in the soil with a width of 32 mm to lay pipes, cables, or any material up to a maximum depth of 10 cm. This blade is designed to be used with the Laying Reel Equipment (Reel Insertion Attachment (RIA)).

CABLE LAYING REEL EQUIPMENT
With the TCCRIA Cable Laying Reel Equipment, cables can be laid up to a maximum depth of 7 cm. It is suitable for low voltage cable applications (signal cables for robotic mowing machines, low voltage lighting, or cable TV, etc.). The patented Wedge Blade lays the cable in a single pass. The equipment comes as a complete set with a quickly interchangeable cable laying reel, connection apparatus, and patented wedge blade. All operations are performed quickly.

TRENCHER PLOW
The trencher plow equipment follows the trencher blade and removes grass and material (up to 12 cm deep) immediately next to the trench.
