Fresh air air conditioning: There is a fresh air ventilation system that can provide clean air in the sorting room, capable of creating sterilization and negative oxygen conditions. The air outlet of this system is positioned directly above each separation station in the manual separation room. This way, the operator's working environment will be better.
Manual sorting station: Adjustable according to capacity. The separation personnel stand at both ends of the belt conveyor, and the back of the separation personnel is away from the corridor and the wall. The sorted materials are manually thrown into the chute and fall into the lower part of the separation room. The lower part can be equipped with a container or basket, so the falling materials drop into this container. This design method increases the distance between the person and the sorted waste and largely eliminates the impact of odors emitted by the separated waste on human health in traditional design methods.
Separation belt conveyor: In the middle of the separation room, there is a horizontal material transport conveyor suitable for manual separation. The width of the conveyor can be designed according to the processing volume. The width of the conveyor is at ideal dimensions that will not affect the sorting efficiency of the waste.
Separation room: Heat insulation provides a spacious and bright, comfortable working environment for the separation personnel. The Separation Room is equipped with a series of wide and bright glass windows. There are at least two external doors in the sorting room, which is very crowded with personnel. The separation platform is produced as a reinforced concrete structure or as a steel platform covered with anti-slip patterned plates. Load carrying requirements are designed to support the weight of conveyor equipment, sorting workers, and maintenance personnel.
