These valves are controlled by an electronic timer and blow air at 6-7 bar pressure to clean the dust accumulated on the surfaces of the bags. This cleaning process ensures that the filters operate continuously with high efficiency and minimizes maintenance requirements. The polluted dust accumulates in the bunker and is collected here as waste.

Clean air is drawn in with the help of a fan after passing through the filters and is discharged outside. High pressure ensures that the dust and other particles held in the filter bags fall into the bunker, thus facilitating the cleaning of the bags and ensuring their long-term efficient operation. This process provides energy efficiency and reduces operating costs.
