Established in 2008 by KION Group (Germany) and Baoli Group (China) joint venture, KION Baoli Forklifts are manufactured at its factory established on a 120,000 square meter area. KION Baoli is currently sold worldwide under the Baoli brand, while it also produces forklifts under the STILL brand of KION Group. At the same time, in Italy, it produces diesel and electric forklifts of Pramac Lifter brand. KION Baoli uses advanced production tools. Among these are laser cutting units, CNC plasma cutting units, CNC bending units, welding machines, large hydraulic press units, automatic painting line, machine assembly line, and side parts production units. Its current production capacity is 20,000 units. The production line consists of diesel, LPG, and electric forklifts ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons and warehouse stacking machines. As the 4th member of KION Group, Baoli has focused on the economy class forklifts by using the advantage of low-cost production.
