Slicing PBD-30 Cheese Slice, Stick and Cube Slicing Machine; is a professional food slicing machine developed for cutting various types of cheese, solid fats, peeled fruits, and similar block foods into standard sizes and weights.

Thanks to its 150 × 300 mm cutting area, it allows processing of large products. Products can be prepared in slice, stick, julienne, prism, or cube form using interchangeable cutting molds. With the adjustable pusher system, an appropriate cutting speed can be selected for different products with soft and hard structures.

PBD-30 is a versatile block food slicing machine designed for cutting and portioning different food products in standard sizes. Thanks to its interchangeable cutting molds, it can be adapted to different production needs without being limited to a single cutting shape.

With the machine, stick mozzarella, julienne salami, matchbox-type cuts, and different prism shapes can be prepared. Having similar sizes and weights of the obtained products helps maintain product standardization, especially in mass production.

For pizza applications, cutting options of approximately 4 mm, for meatball fillings and pastry applications 8–10 mm, and for different product and brine applications, cutting options of up to 50 mm can be used.
