9 precise adjustable and quickly replaceable pens are mounted on a dual rail pen plate. Second pen positions have a movable design (Patent No: 86206875).

The first pen can be adjusted with a 15° swing angle to the right or left; suitable for pens placement for shoes with special toe shape.

Automatic inward movement of the fifth pen (Patent No: 86206459) ensures smoother assembly on the inner side of the shoe.

Each pen can be adjusted in automatic retraction or manual operation mode to prevent pulling from only one side for sheets made of different materials.

After compressing the sheet by the pens, pen release and re-compression movement can be done manually.

Pen clamping pressure adjustable with decompression function during the second upward movement of the mold support.

Adjustment of the upward stroke of the mold support can be done with an external adjustment button on the machine and equipped with a digital position indicator.
