The machine operates with a touch screen. It is easy to use thanks to the shapes on the screen.

The toe shape can be drawn on the 10-inch touch screen, allowing the drug application path to be adjusted practically, and size grading can be done automatically.

The drug nozzles operate with a servo motor and the drug application path moves according to the actual toe shape of the shoe.

The height of the scissors position and the part holding the insole can be adjusted digitally and saved in memory.

When changing models, it is sufficient to select the saved model.

The machine can store settings for 300 different models in its memory. These settings can be uploaded and retrieved via USB.

Thanks to the 4-axis servo system, a smooth and high-quality mounting is achieved according to the mold.

The drug nozzles move with a servo motor. The right and left sides operate independently. Thus, the drug path becomes smoother and is not affected by the hydraulic oil temperature.

The shoe fits properly into the mold, there is no wrinkling, and the mounting width is uniform.

There are features developed for different shoe models.

There are 3 different pressure settings in the toe pusher system. The balance of force applied together with the scissors and the upper ensures a smoother mounting.

Easy production can be achieved by selecting the model saved in memory, and size transitions are done automatically.

The heel support can be adjusted for both right and left shoes.

Different models can be switched without changing the drug system. This also speeds up production.

It is suitable for every model, including sports shoes, baby shoes, women's shoes, and pointed toe models.

The machine automatically changes the drug path for right and left shoes and provides precise size grading.

User-Friendly Design

The heel support can be adjusted up-down, forward-backward, right-left, and tilt. Thus, the shoe sits correctly and balanced in the mold.

After the mounting process is completed, the shoe table automatically moves forward and delivers the shoe to the operator.

The special machine cover design can be opened and closed with one hand, making maintenance easier.
