In 2005, our company also became the distributor of Kingtex Apparel Machines and in early 2008, it took over the representative of Cerliani yarns, the world's most quality yarn producer from Italy, and is also the representative of Open Label Machines in Turkey. Committed to always offering the best and highest quality products to its customers, Demirbilek Makina has attached importance to institutionalization and branding processes for unconditional customer satisfaction. After receiving the ISO 9001 quality certificate in 2004 following efforts to improve service quality, Demirbilek Makina started negotiations with JANOME, one of the world's largest manufacturers and leading brands in home sewing machines, in 2008, focusing on market conditions and the demands of its customers, and has been representing this brand in Turkey since the beginning of 2009. JANOME brand home sewing machines, produced with superior Japanese technology, aim to become a sought-after brand under the assurance of Demirbilek service in the very near future. Orders received are already the biggest indicator of this. Thus, with its investments in Industrial Sewing Machines along with Home Sewing Machines, Demirbilek Makina has become an institution that appeals to not only the textile sector but also a wider target audience. Operating with its expert team in its 2,000 m2 central building in Unkapanı, Istanbul, as well as its other service buildings in Ikitelli and Catalca Free Zone, Demirbilek Makina continues to serve its customers with its machine sales, technical service, and spare parts department with 12,000 varieties, even after sales with the principle of customer-oriented action.
