**Fimak FM 180** **Solid Fuel Multilayer Bread Oven** FİMAK Stone-based Multilayer Bread Ovens are manufactured as standard in 4 layers. Equipped with specially designed circulation system and stone bases. Provides quality baking with equal heat distribution on all floors and stagnant baking atmosphere. The steam system is produced separately for each floor. Steam generators can be independently adjusted. This allows for baking different products on each floor. Four different models are produced, with sizes of 5m², 10m², 15m², and 18m².
