The combustion cell is made of heat-resistant concrete and bricks. The water purified from minerals is heated and converted into steam, surrounding the baking layers to distribute heat. The base and ceiling of each layer are directly connected to the tubes. Each layer is made of stainless steel. Products are baked on special mixture of stones suitable for food. The layer covers are made of heat-resistant glass.
