SALES ORGANIZATION Water treatment systems, equipment, and chemicals used in drinking, utility, and wastewater treatment sector both in domestic and industrial areas are handled by our Sales-Project/Marketing team and our dealers in Turkey and abroad. Our company offers many advantages in the sales of products and our experienced project team, field engineers, and technical support team present you the necessary capacity and economical water treatment system options with the equipment in our extensive product portfolio according to your discovery, water analysis, technical support, and detailed water treatment project needs. Our company, which operates project-based sales work from the head office, aims to provide the best sales and after-sales service to our customers in the provinces outside Istanbul through our dealer network established throughout Turkey. The organization of our dealership, control, sending and managing our products to our dealers are carried out by our Dealer Sales/Marketing department. Our Authorized Dealers, named fokuswater, provide consultation service to our customers, work directly with our head office, sell only fokuswater products, and provide services related to these products. fokuswater Authorized Dealers are responsible for commissioning and service matters regarding the fokuswater products they sell to our customers. SERVICE ORGANIZATION AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES The after-sales services in our company are organized daily and periodically by our 'After Sales Services Department'. All kinds of after-sales and service services required by our customers are provided by our experienced technical service team. In addition, providing our customers with fast and trouble-free service through our dealer network throughout Turkey is one of our main goals. DISCOVERY SERVICES Discovery service is a service provided as a result of our meetings with our customers. It constitutes the general scope of the discovery service, where the application field is observed (site visit) before the selection of the system, the usability of other equipment such as the tank and hydrophore, if any, is evaluated, and a sample is taken from the water to be used. After these are determined, the appropriate system is selected and presented to the customer. COMMISSIONING SERVICES The commissioning service is the process of determining whether the installation site is suitable, determining the controls and adjustments of the products sold and ensuring their initial operation, determining whether the products operate correctly, filling out the commissioning-handover form with the customer's approval and signature. The original of the form remains in the technical service department, and the copy remains with the customer. The start of the warranty and after-sales service process will be realized when the product commissioning process is done by our central technical service team or fokuswater Authorized Dealer. ASSEMBLY SERVICES Assembly service is the service of assembling the products sold. This service is carried out by our assembly team, which works meticulously, flawlessly, and expeditiously with the experience gained over the years. The assembly employees make the assembly of every system from the smallest capacity domestic appliances to the large industrial appliances meticulously and flawlessly. Our assembly team successfully carries out the installation of the systems both domestically and abroad. After the installation process is completed, the 'Operations and Maintenance Manual' prepared for the operation of the systems is presented to our customers. In case of any malfunction in the systems, our assembly team intervenes on-site. SUPERVISION SERVICES Supervision service is a service provided by our company upon the request for consultancy on how to place and how to relate the products sold but whose assembly is not performed by us to the application area. The Supervision service is provided for a specific fee. MANUFACTURING Our company, with its experienced manufacturing team, carries out the design and manufacturing of stainless equipment used in the treatment sector, especially the JUDO Sediment Filtration Systems in Istanbul - Anatolian Side, which is of German origin, by taking over the main dealership as of January 2008.
