Dora Machine Sizing Machine (Vibrating Sifter)

Changing screens in Dora Machine's vibrating sifters is quite practical. Our ergonomic and shock-absorbing cover opens easily; thanks to the bolt connections, the screen can be quickly disassembled and reassembled. By using different mesh sizes for different products, you can continue your screening process uninterrupted. Thus, you will not need another sifting machine.

The height of the chassis can be adjusted according to your request. During the approval process, it is sufficient to specify the discharge and exit height of the product, and a custom design will be provided for you.

The machine is delivered with a screen, an on-off button, a leakage current relay, and a control panel. You just need to make the electrical connection and press the start button.

We always have a vibrating sifter in stock measuring 100x200 cm. You can request production in different sizes as needed; the manufacturing time is approximately 10 working days.

Our Vibrating Sifter Models

• Single-layer vibrating sifter: Provides 2 outputs with a single screen; separates the product into two groups (for example, above and below 4 mm).

• Double-layer vibrating sifter: Two screens, 3 outputs; divides the product into three parts (for example, above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, below 2 mm).

• Triple-layer vibrating sifter: Provides 4 outputs with three screens; separates the product into four distinct parts (for example, above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, between 1-2 mm, below 1 mm).
