Dora Machine Raw Material Vibrating Sifting Screen

Dora Machine's vibrating sifting screens offer ease of use and high efficiency. Changing the screens is quite practical; thanks to the ergonomic and shock-absorbing cover system, they can be quickly opened and closed, and the screen wires can be easily removed with bolt connections to be replaced with different mesh sizes. This allows for suitable screening processes for different products, eliminating the need for another screening machine.

The chassis height can be adjusted according to your requirements. At the approval stage, it is sufficient to specify the desired height for product discharge and output.

The control of the screen, opening-closing functions, and the ready-to-use panel containing a leakage current relay and contactor are provided. It is enough to connect to power and press the start button.

Standard sizes (100x200 cm) of the sifting screen are available in our stock. Production is carried out in different sizes tailored to your needs, with an average delivery time of 10 business days.

Vibrating Sifting Screen Types

• Single Layer Sifting Screen: A single screen with 2 outputs; it divides the product into two parts, upper and lower. For example; above 4 mm and below.

• Double Layer Sifting Screen: Two screens with 3 outputs; it divides the product into three separate parts. For example; above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, and below 2 mm.

• Triple Layer Sifting Screen: Three screens with 4 outputs; it divides the product into four different parts. For example; above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, between 1-2 mm, and below 1 mm.
