Industrial Wet Paint Box Type Oven

BOYMAK Box Type Ovens operate on the principle of loading the part into the oven with a suspension or carrier cart group to perform the drying and baking process. They are high-efficiency and space-saving, manufactured in different systems according to the flow of the production process. Box Type Ovens are generally preferred in low-capacity productions due to their low initial investment cost. Box Type Ovens provide advantages to users due to their smaller footprint compared to Continuous Ovens and lower fuel costs.

Heating Unit

Boymak heating exchangers are designed based on maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks mounted at the back of the oven can raise the oven temperature from ambient temperature to +230 °C. Boymak heating exchangers are made of 310 quality stainless steel and are resistant up to 1000 °C. The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and is insulated with 150mm Rock Wool. There is an intervention cover against thermoblock failures in the combustion chamber. A turbine fan is present in the combustion chamber to distribute heat inside the oven. The combustion efficiency is monitored through an observation hole on the thermoblock, and precautions are taken against gas and diesel compressions inside the thermoblock.

BOYMAK BoxType Baking and Drying ovens are manufactured in a disassembled form by constructing them on a chassis with sandwich panels. The inner part of the Baking Oven is made of 1.2mm ST 37 Galvanized material, while the outer part is also made of 1.2mm ST 37 material. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint to increase corrosion resistance.

The baking oven panels are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard. The inner part of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm Rock Wool, and the outer part is insulated with 120mm glass wool, ensuring that heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (+ - 10) degrees due to this insulation feature in the baking oven. This way, our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment.

A radiant type fan is present in the baking oven to ensure air circulation, and thanks to the air channels extending along the oven and the vents placed on the channels, a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved inside the oven.

Temperature control is done via a thermocouple placed inside the oven. The BOYMAK Box Type baking oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature and can be adjusted up to 0-230 °C via the digital clock on the temperature control panel.
