In PVC formulation, moisture that will arise due to thermal properties can reduce the quality of the mixture to be used in manufacturing. In this case, the Moisture Receiver device we developed helps to remove moisture from the hot mixer and expels the moisture that forms. Moisture receivers, which are easy to use and maintain, can be applied to all types of mixers, and they activate within the specified operating ranges in PLC-controlled machines to complete the necessary moisture removal process and self-clean. Moisture receiver devices (in heated mixers) are available for horizontal type mixer machines with capacities of 500 and 600 kg. There is also an external version of this Jet Filter.
