SRCN 1500 Closed Rail Cutting Machine

Our SRCN 1500 model is a cutting machine with the ability to perform lateral cutting, 45° inclined cutting, and head cutting, equipped with a closed rail system. The head cutting unit can rotate automatically between 0-90° and can also be tilted automatically between 0-45°. These movements are provided by the reducer system.

Thanks to the closed rail system, the machine is designed to be protected from potential damages caused by water and external factors. The carriage movement system operates automatically and speed-controlled in forward-backward directions for saw sectioning (head sizing).

The machine features a counter system. Cutting operations can be performed by entering a single measurement forward and backward to the saw. The table dimensions range from 1500-2700 mm, and the cutting capacity ranges from 1500-3500 mm. High strength and long life are ensured by using NPU profile in the chassis sections. Additionally, extra protection against external factors is provided by the application of rollers on the slide systems.

A saw with a diameter between 350-500 mm can be mounted on our machine. The main motor power is 7.5-9 kW and is dual-speed. All motion systems are controlled by buttons from the user panel.
