SRCN 2000 Rotary Head Marble and Granite Cutting Machine

Our SRCN 2000 model offers the most professional side cutting. It has a superior working system compared to standard bridge cutting machines. It can automatically perform length and width cutting operations in desired quantities and dimensions.

The most important feature that distinguishes this model from its class is its ability to cut during both forward and backward movements. It can apply straight or 45° angled cuts to all four sides without the need to turn the stone. It can automatically tilt and lift the carriage thanks to its hydraulic damped and double piston system. The 45° tilted position is achieved with the reducer system.

The table length and width of our machine are between 1900 mm and 3300 mm, and the cutting capacity is between 1900 mm and 3700 mm. NPU profiles are used in the chassis section to achieve maximum strength and long life.

The rail system is completely enclosed and protected against damages that may occur from water and external factors. A blind protection is applied to the forward-backward movement system.

A saw blade with a diameter between 350 mm and 600 mm can be mounted on the machine. The main motor power is between 9 kW and 13 kW and is double speed. The motion systems are controlled via a user-friendly touch screen, and the entire system is managed by a PLC control unit. Optionally, a speed control device for the main motor speed can also be integrated.

A line laser system is also available on the machine to facilitate stone alignment.
