SRCN 1500 Open Rail - Rotary Head Marble and Granite Cutting Machine

Our SRCN 1500 model has the ability to perform side cutting, 45° angular cutting, and head cutting. The head cutting unit can rotate automatically between 0–90° and tilt automatically between 0–45°.

Thanks to the gearbox system, the trolley movements can be controlled both manually and automatically. The trolley movement system for the saw section operates automatically and with speed control in forward and reverse directions.

Our machine has an open rail system. This system provides easy maintenance and intervention opportunities while offering the operator a wider field of view.

The table sizes and width range from 1500–2700 mm, and the cutting capacity varies between 1500–3500 mm. NPU profile is used in the chassis sections to ensure robustness and long life. The moving parts are protected against external factors with the groove application on the forward and backward slide systems.

A saw with a diameter of 350–500 mm can be mounted on our machine. The main motor power is 7.5–9 kW and is dual speed. All motion systems are controlled via buttons on the user panel.
