SRCN 1700 Rotary Head Marble and Granite Cutting Machine

Our Srcn 1700 model has the ability to perform both automatic and manual cutting. In this model, 45° angled cutting and head cutting applications can be made for lateral cutting operations. The head cutting unit can rotate automatically between 0° and 90° and can tilt automatically between 0° and 45°. These movements are provided by the reducer system.

The rail system is completely enclosed and designed to be protected from water and external factors. This prevents damage to the system during back and forth movements. The carriage movement system and the saw section (head sizing) move automatically forwards and backwards and are speed-controlled.

Different dimensions can be entered for both cross and longitudinal cutting in our machine. The table length and width range from 1700 mm to 3500 mm; likewise, the cutting capacity is within this range. Maximum strength and long life are ensured by using NPU profiles in the chassis sections.

A rack system is applied to the forward-backward slides, thus protecting the mechanical components. Saw blades with diameters ranging from 350 mm to 550 mm can be mounted on the machine. The main motor power ranges from 7.5 kW to 9 kW and is dual-speed.

All motion systems are controlled via a user panel with a touchscreen and joystick. In addition, a laser guidance system is available, and the carriage can be moved up and down with a hydraulic damper system.
