Dora Machine's vibrating sifting screens offer high standards in terms of ease of use and durability. Changing the screen wires is quite practical; it opens and closes quickly thanks to the ergonomic and shock-absorbing cover. With bolt connections, the screen wires can be easily removed and replaced with different mesh sizes. This allows for quick and suitable screening processes for different products without needing another screening machine.

The chassis height can be easily adjusted according to your request. During the approval process, it is sufficient to specify the product discharge and exit height.

The device is delivered with an open-close function, leakage current relay, and a panel with a contactor. You just need to connect the system to the power source and press the start button.

The vibrating screen with dimensions of 100x200 cm is always available in our stock. Custom manufacturing is done in different sizes according to needs, and the delivery time is approximately 10 business days.

Vibrating Sifting Screen Models

• Single Layer Sifting Screen: The single screen has 2 outputs and separates the product into two parts, upper and lower. (For example; above 4 mm and below)

• Double Layer Sifting Screen: The double screen has 3 outputs and divides the product into three separate parts. (For example; above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, and below 2 mm)

• Triple Layer Sifting Screen: The triple screen has 4 outputs and separates the product into four parts. (For example; above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, between 1-2 mm, and below 1 mm)
