Our compact, lightweight, and portable manual plate welding groove opening machine, Manual Edge, is designed for opening operations on plates with reduced dimensions and thickness, and is equipped with a recommended interchangeable cutter for curved or exotic profiled plates.

The Manual Edge plate welding groove opening machine can perform openings on any material with the most common angles that we can supply with the relevant surface cutter and different available tips, and can be used for high-efficiency work providing a maximum diagonal opening length of 17 mm.

Various angles can be obtained with a specific surface cutter that has interchangeable tips. Upon request, GBC can provide a special surface cutter with suitable tips for rounding the sharp edges of the plate.
