Established in 1974, OSCAR has operated in different sectors until it started importing Light Construction Machines in 1983. In 1987, the first machine was produced in OSCAR facilities. Since that day, over 20,000 machines have been manufactured and used in construction sites worldwide. OSCAR produces the most optimal equipment on the market that is reasonable for its quality, user-friendly, and highly efficient. Thanks to its team consisting of 6 engineers, 15 technicians, 38 workers, and 17 office staff, OSCAR delivers its high-quality products to thousands of construction sites in dozens of countries worldwide through its customer-oriented dealers and staff. OSCAR continues its marketing, management, and production activities in three main centers. The main factory in Akyurt, with a closed area of 5500 m² and a half-closed area of 1000 m² on a total area of 27000 m², the Central Office and Laser Shop with an area of 800 m², and the Incek showroom with an area of 150 m² - OSCAR is increasing its capacity to produce over 4,000 machines per year and even more with a new 1350 m² assembly workshop to be opened shortly.
