Following the Flavor Oubari Industry and Trade Oubari Industry and Trade Company is an institution specializing in baklava production machines based on a deep-rooted tradition. This journey, initiated under the leadership of Muhammed Munir El Oubari, aimed to bring an innovative perspective to Lebanon's taste world. El Oubari, with his experiences and knowledge gained in Germany, solidified the foundations of the company. Working initially on custom design machines and molds, El Oubari quickly became a respected engineer in the field. This passion and determination also inspired his son Toufic Oubari. Following his father's path, Toufic played a significant role in the company's success and worked to advance the legacy further.
