Pivasis Engineering Machinery Ind. and Trading Ltd. Co. was established in 2012 by Baha SALGIN. Our founder Baha SALGIN graduated as a Mechanical Engineer with honors from YTU in 2000 and completed his MBA at ITU in 2003. Since 2003, Baha SALGIN has experience in the transfer, mixing, dosing, stocking, and synchronized automatic operation of powdered raw materials and semi-finished products within factories (especially pneumatic mass transfer). pivaSiS Engineering, shortly after its establishment, ceased the agencies it conducted and started manufacturing in 2014. Its first and leading product, pivaCON Vacuum Conveyor, transfers powdered raw materials or semi-finished products within the factory from one point to another in a closed loop (without dusting and polluting the environment). The entire design and production of pivaCON are done by pivaSiS. Today, pivaCON Vacuum Conveyor operates smoothly in many countries around the world. pivaCON takes pride in being the preferred choice of its customers due to its design superiority over rival companies claiming leadership in the vacuum conveyor market worldwide. The first pivaCON Vacuum Conveyors produced in 2015 still operate smoothly. Following the successful production of pivaCON Vacuum Conveyor, pivaDENSE Dense Phase Pneumatic Transfer System is designed and manufactured for heavy-duty transfer of powdered and/or granular raw materials and semi-finished products, special mixers and special bedding solutions for mixing dry and/or wet powdered and/or granular raw materials, filling and emptying bigbags, bags and filling systems, dosing units for dosing powdered and/or granular materials, one-story or multi-story sieves for particle size separation of powdered and/or granular materials, silo units with special precautions for bulk material storage, design and manufacture of flexible connection solutions between equipment, design and manufacture of pivaPLANT Facilities where the aforementioned products are applied as a whole, design of pivaFAS Industrial Automation Panel Systems which are the necessary industrial automation application for pivaPLANT, and complete realization of the required PLC and Frequency Converter application software are carried out entirely within pivaSiS Engineering. In addition to these products, we also develop and implement pivaBOT Industrial Robots for robotic applications needed by evolving and increasingly automated productions. pivaSiS Engineering serves many sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, plastic, agriculture, cleaning, construction, and many others all over Turkey and many countries around the world where powdered and/or granular raw materials and semi-finished products are used or produced. The point we are at today was a mid-term goal for us, and we worked very hard to get here.
