The ARB Volumetric Dosing System is an industrial dosing solution developed for feeding the main raw material, masterbatch, and additives into the production line in specified ratios during plastic production processes. It supports more standardized and repeatable production processes by helping to manage material ratios in plastic injection, extrusion, and blow molding applications in a controlled manner.

Thanks to the PLC-based control system and the 4.3-inch TFT touchscreen, dosing parameters can be easily managed by the operator. The system offers the possibility of manual control when needed, in addition to the automatic raw material intake time detection feature.

The ability to store 30 different material or recipe records in memory helps to facilitate faster transitions between different productions. With two different operating principles, Basic Mode and Professional Mode, the system can be adapted to different production requirements, from simple cycle-controlled applications to more controlled dosing processes based on material density and weight calibration.

There is optional 0–10V synchronization support for integration into continuous production processes in extruders and blow molding machines. Its compact structure allows it to be used without requiring much space on the production line.

PLC Controlled Dosing System

Basic Mode Operating System

Basic Mode allows dosing to be performed based on cycle values determined by the operator. After the necessary dosing values for production are defined, the system performs material feeding according to the specified cycle parameters.

This operating mode provides practical use in production applications where direct cycle-controlled dosing is sufficient.

Professional Mode Operating System

Professional Mode allows the dosing process to be carried out by considering the density and weight calibration data of the material used. The system helps manage the amount of material to be used in production based on calibration data.

Especially when using raw materials, masterbatch, or additives with different densities, including material properties in the dosing process supports a more controlled production process.

30 Different Recipe Memory

The ARB Volumetric Dosing System can store 30 different material or production recipes in its memory. Working can be done through registered recipes without the need to manually enter frequently used production parameters repeatedly.

This feature helps manage product changes more practically in production facilities that work with different colors, raw materials, or additive ratios.

Automatic Raw Material Intake Time Detection

The automatic material intake signal duration detection feature helps manage the raw material feeding process according to the operating conditions of the production line. Manual intervention can also be performed on the system when necessary.

0–10V Synchronization Support
