Introduction

Traditional methods (pre-made bands or manually applied solutions) are time-consuming and not precise. The main challenge is to provide continuous uniform thickness and color over thousands of meters while also reducing labor costs. If unsuitable materials are used or quality decreases, the insulation on the edges deteriorates, and the product loses its appearance. The line needs to be able to produce PVC strips with widths of 19–54 mm and thicknesses of 0.4–3 mm.
