Automatically adjusts the working speed according to the fabric tension with the signal from the dancer valves.
6 DANCER VALVES
Provides synchronization between input and output units.
In this system, the dancer valve adjustment can be easily adjusted with a pneumatic piston according to the type of fabric.
8 WEAVING ROLLING UNIT (SURFACE DRIVEN);
The rotation movement of the cylinder in contact with the fabric of the weaving rolling unit is provided by an independent motor-reducer and is electronically speed controlled. Thanks to this feature, the working speed is automatically adjusted according to the fabric tension. Thus, a constant fabric tension is achieved throughout the weaving process.
The weaving rolling cylinders are covered with rubber bands, and there is an electronic reflective photoelectric system necessary for occupational safety and a curved roller before the weaving rolling.
There is a Shancir (guiding) system to prevent the overlapping of the fabric edges during the weaving process.
