1 ROPE UNWINDING UNIT

Pneumatic piston disk brake that can be adjusted according to the type of fabric and affects the unwinding quality.

1 piece with magnetic brake, helical gear motor-reducer drive, moving in the opposite direction of the detected rope direction.

2 FABRIC UNWINDING UNITS

Complete stainless steel construction.

1 piece, driven by a 3-phase AC motor.

Standardly mounted at a fixed point on the main body.

Removes the final wrinkles of the fabrics unwound in the rope unwinding unit.

3 SPIRAL UNWINDING GROUP

2 pieces, complete stainless steel, spiral unwinding cylinders.

4 FABRIC CENTERING UNIT

2 pieces, complete stainless steel fabric guiding cylinders.

Special pneumatic equipment to ensure perfect centering.

5 FABRIC PULLING CYLINDER

Automatically adjusts the working speed according to the fabric tension with the signal from the dancer valves.

6 DANCER VALVES

Provides synchronization between input and output units.

In this system, the dancer valve adjustment can be easily adjusted with a pneumatic piston according to the type of fabric.

8 WEAVING ROLLING UNIT (SURFACE DRIVEN);

The rotation movement of the cylinder in contact with the fabric of the weaving rolling unit is provided by an independent motor-reducer and is electronically speed controlled. Thanks to this feature, the working speed is automatically adjusted according to the fabric tension. Thus, a constant fabric tension is achieved throughout the weaving process.

The weaving rolling cylinders are covered with rubber bands, and there is an electronic reflective photoelectric system necessary for occupational safety and a curved roller before the weaving rolling.

There is a Shancir (guiding) system to prevent the overlapping of the fabric edges during the weaving process.
