SALCANO Bicycle and Motorcycle, founded as a family company in Istanbul under the name Salko Bisiklet in 1975. Salcano Bisiklet continues Bicycle and Motorcycle production under the SALCANO brand in a closed area of 16.000 m2. Employing daily 600, exceeding 150.000 annually, Salcano Bisiklet exports 100.000 of its production, mainly to the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Africa, and the Balkan countries. Based on the research and findings we have carried out since 2001 about the Motorcycle market, we entered the motorcycle market in 2006. Our products, produced specifically for Turkey's standards and roads under the Salcano brand, were found to provide 25% fuel savings compared to their counterparts following the tests conducted. Our products are sold in over 500 SALCANO dealerships throughout Turkey, and we continue to provide post-sales service to our customers with about 400 SALCANO service points. In line with customer demands, we have added new models that appeal to customer taste and satisfaction such as SB 150(touring),RUNNER(touring),HUNTER(touring),ATTACK150(touring),and ASSOS 250 (atv) to our product range. In addition to our new models, some improvements have been made to our previous models. At the beginning of 2008, we started using the Motorcycle Test Device supported by the latest technology we purchased from abroad. Among the functions of the test device are; Brake Test, Speed Test, Power Test, Axle Deviation Test, Light Test, and Manual Adjustment Tests. This way, each Motorcycle goes through a general check and leaves our production facilities. Within a closed area of 16.000 m2, our production plant with state-of-the-art production equipment, rich and original spare parts supports its dealers and services. Our products and Service are certified with the ICS-ISO 9001 certificate granted by the International Quality Management Organization UKAS QUALITY MANAGEMENT.
