SC Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine

This machine is designed to cut multiple foam blocks placed on a circular table according to the entered thickness values. The cutting operation of the machine is fully automatic, but manual intervention can also be made during cutting. To prevent the foam from moving in a way that would compromise cutting quality during the cutting process, the table is covered with a sanding stone, and high suction capacity vacuum motors ensure that the foam block remains stable on the table.

• The blade that provides the cutting is sharpened via a sharpening unit, ensuring that the cutting quality is always kept high.

• Different sizes can be cut within the same cutting program with multiple recipe pages.
• During cutting, the body automatically adjusts the angle according to the thickness, ensuring accurate measurements.
• Safety equipment is designed according to category 4, providing high-level safety measures.
• Two different models of cutting table diameters are produced: 7200 mm and 9000 mm.
• Thanks to continuous cutting and single block cutting modes, cutting times are reduced.
