HOW DOES ŞENBAY MACHINERY WORK? Idea Stage; Every project starts with an idea. Ideas related to the products that a customer may need are generated from within the company or from outside the company at the beginning of each machine in the company. These ideas can come from the customer, supplier, and every level of employee within the company. Research-Development Stage; New ideas are evaluated by our experts. Feasibility studies are meticulously carried out. In these studies, it is researched whether there are similar projects and examples of the project to be carried out. Previous examples are researched. Necessary research is initiated for the technical specifications of the product and criteria for design are established. Creating Design Inputs; The characteristics of the product are determined. While creating these characteristics, an effort is made to think like the customer of the product. The aim is not to produce the cheapest or the most expensive product; it is to offer the best product to the customer in terms of price-performance ratio. Design; The designer looks at the product from the perspective of both the customer and the manufacturer and carries out innovation studies to keep satisfaction at the highest level for everyone. Every line, every slope, every touch is a decision. The design stage is the most decision-making stage of the process. The experience and competence of the design team affect the identity and performance of the product at the highest level. Engineering Analysis; Before starting production, engineering calculations must be made to validate the design as engineering. Production; It is the part where the design comes to life. After the analyzes are made and the necessary design revisions are made, it means that the design is finalized. Production drawings are prepared. Production plan is prepared, and it is determined whether the production will be carried out in-house or outsourced. The parts that have been produced are assembled by our expert assembly team. Tests; It is the control stage of the production processes of the product before shipment. The problems of the system are identified. Necessary controls and corrections are made in this stage as well. The product is shipped after being tested for a week.
