Founded by the late Muharrem Sezgin in 1956 in Trabzon Sıra Mağazalar district under the company name "Sezgin Ticaret", the Sezgin Family's commercial life started with the sale of hardware, hand tools, and ironmongery. Founded in 1982 by the late Mehmet Ziya Sezgin, the first company established outside Trabzon, "Sezginler Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş." started its activities in Uluyol district of Bursa and directed its path towards the machine sector. In the early years of its establishment, "Sezginler Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş." turned its face out of the country and made its first export to Yugoslavia in 1984 and its first import from Italy in 1986. As of 2001, our company has focused its activities and imports in the field of Machine Tools and laid the foundations of the well-known brand Foreman. Our active brands; Foreman brand is the oldest and most established brand in the industry. Paftar brand entered the lifting equipment sector in 2010 and has started to play an important role in the sector. Our CNC machine tools produced under the Tazana brand took their place in the market in 2016. As of 2013, our company moved to its new center with 5000 m2 in Nilüfer Trade Center and presented Turkey's largest machine showroom to our customers. In 2016, our company put its new branch into service in Izmir 4th Industrial Estate to better serve the Aegean region. Hasan Sezgin, the third generation member of the Sezgin family, continues to serve as the Chairman of our company's board of directors.
