Sonçağ Forest Products was founded in 1940 by the late Abdurrahman Sonçağ at Konak Pier port to operate in the field of forest products logistics with horse-drawn carriage. This modest start laid the foundation for becoming one of Turkey's leading forest products and wood production brands. By 1966, with our steadfast progress in the sector, we made significant contributions to the country's economy by producing wooden mandarin, fig boxes, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage cases. Our knowledge and quality in wood production were solidified when we started producing pallets in 1983. As the second establishment in Turkey to receive the EPAL license, we proved our pioneering position in the pallet sector. In 2004, we launched our modern production facility equipped with the latest technology in Torbalı district of Izmir, taking a significant step in wooden pallet, crate, timber, and chip production. This facility not only increased our production capacity but also raised our quality standards even higher.
