Founded in 1975, TÜMOSAN was established to produce motor drives, drive units, and similar equipment, but concentrated its activities on diesel engine and tractor production. TÜMOSAN, with the distinction of being Turkey's first diesel engine manufacturer, has also produced diesel engines for trucks of TÜRK TRAKTÖR and OTOYOL for many years.
