In our sifting screens, the screen replacement process is quite easy. Thanks to our ergonomic and shock-absorbing cover, the screen can be quickly removed and attached from the bolt connections. By using various mesh sizes suitable for different products, you can continue the sifting process uninterrupted. Thus, you can carry on with your work without needing another sifting machine.

The height of the chassis can be adjusted according to the desired dimensions. It is sufficient to specify the product discharge and exit height during the approval stage, and a custom production will be made for you.

The machine is delivered with a screen, an open-close button, a leakage current relay, and a contactor panel. It is enough to make the electrical connection and press the start button.

As standard, we have sifting screens in stock measuring 100x200 cm. If you have requests for different sizes, we will produce and deliver within 10 business days.

Our Vibrating Sifting Screen Models

• Single-layer sifting screen: It has a single screen and 2 outputs. It divides the product into two parts (for example, above and below 4 mm).

• Double-layer sifting screen: It has two screens and 3 outputs. It divides the product into three separate groups (for example, above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, below 2 mm).

• Triple-layer sifting screen: It has three screens and 4 outputs. It divides the product into four different parts (for example, above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, between 1-2 mm, below 1 mm).
