By combining spring production and tying processes under a single automation framework, it increases production capacity while significantly reducing labor costs.
• With a processing capacity of 80 Bonnell springs per minute and an approximate production performance of 38,400 springs / 8 hours, it offers maximum efficiency for large-scale mattress and furniture manufacturers.
• Thanks to the improved transfer mechanism, the produced springs are transferred from a horizontal position to a vertical position with high precision and automatically fed into the tying machine. The patented transfer system increases production continuity while minimizing the error rate.
• With the fully automatic production program, transitions between different carcass sizes can be made without operator intervention. The desired carcass size and production quantity can be easily selected via the touch screen.
• Different hardness and spring density Bonnell carcasses can be produced thanks to the 4-3, 4-4, and 4-5 spiral tying options.
• The digital heat treatment system increases the durability of the produced springs while reducing the risk of deformation and ensures long-lasting carcass production.
• The automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance needs by lubricating 22 different points at specific intervals and extends the machine's operational life.
