Between 1979-1990 at Adapazarı Modern Industrial Site, AK ÇELİK EŞYA IMALAT SANAYİİ served in the steel goods and office supplies sector and started producing spare parts for TÜVASAŞ's Rail Vehicles in 1990. From 1996 onwards, we started to serve at Orhangazi Cad. No.40 Adapazarı address, as Akçelik Eşya Imalat Taahhüt Tic.San.Ltd.Şti., and increased our spare parts production capacity. We have been serving TULOMSAŞ and TUDEMSAŞ since 2000. In 2004, we started at Aşağı Kirazca Mahallesi Eskişehir Caddesi with 1000 m2 closed area and continued with spare parts production for Passenger Wagons and Locomotive bodies. This period, which was followed by investments in Sandblasting/Painting/Washing services, allowed us to reach our current facility size of 5000 m2 closed area and 17000 m2 additional open area. We provide maintenance/repair/new production/revision of DE24000 - DE22000 - E43000 - DH7000 - DH9500 type locomotive bodies for TUDEMSAŞ, maintenance of cooling units for DE24000 locomotives, modernization and complete maintenance/repair of V1 - V2 - V3 Passenger Wagons for TÜVASAŞ, and new production of KS type Platform Freight Wagon, Balance Wagon and Platform Type Tank Car for TUDEMSAŞ. We also provide spare parts for the railway vehicles produced by TUDEMSAŞ. Among Akçelik's investments is the 10720 m2 Wagon and Locomotive Maintenance/Repair/Modernization Facility in Sakarya/Pamukova. Our company aims to become a leader in the sector by meeting customer demands and satisfaction in flat products (steel plate, stainless and aluminum, etc.), pipe profile, cutting, bending, welding, press and plasma cutting operations, and by speeding up research and development and machinery investments to maintain quality, aiming to meet both the needs of the domestic market and to export, and accelerating its efforts in this direction.
