Thanks to the initiative of the late Muharrem Sezgin, the business life of the Sezgin Family started with the establishment of a company named “Sezgin Trade” in Trabzon Sıra Stores neighborhood in 1956, with the sale of hardware, hand tools, and ironmongery. In 1982, the first company established outside Trabzon by the late Mehmet Ziya Sezgin, “Sezginler Machine Industry and Trade Inc.” started its activities in Uluyol neighborhood of Bursa, turning its direction towards the machinery sector. In its early years of establishment, “Sezginler Machine Industry and Trade Inc.” operating in the domestic market turned its face outwards and made its first export to Yugoslavia in 1984 and its first import from Italy in 1986. Starting from 2001, our company has focused its activities and imports in the field of Machine Tools, laying the foundations of Foreman, the famous brand of the sector today. Operating brands; Foreman brand is the oldest and oldest brand in the machine tool sector. The Paftar brand, which entered the lifting equipment sector in 2010, has started to play an important role in the sector. Our CNC machine tools produced under the Tazana brand took their place in the market in 2016. Our company moved to its new center with an area of 5000 m2 in the Nilüfer Trade Center in 2013 and presented the largest machine showroom in Turkey to the service of our customers. In 2016, our company opened its new branch in Izmir 4th Industrial Zone to provide better service to the Aegean region. Hasan Sezgin, the third-generation member of the Sezgin family, continues to serve as the chairman of our board of directors.
