250 Kg Standard Welding Positioner
YKS BSRPOZ 250
Welding positioners are available for standard sizes, ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The structure of positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilt of the table.
Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotating and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, offering the best structural protection. For heavy workpieces, positioners are fixed to the ground. Optional T-slots are available on the table to provide quick clamping of workpieces.
The table rotation and tilt are made with steel straight gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is controlled by a 5m cable remote control system that the operator can easily adjust. Optionally, PLC can be applied to all models.
