260x260 Vegetable Oil Filter Press Machine

260x260 Vegetable Oil Filter Press is used to separate pulp, sediment and solid particles from vegetable oils obtained by cold or hot pressing.

It is especially preferred for the filtration of olive oil, safflower oil and canola oil. It can also be used for sunflower oil, black seed oil and other vegetable oils obtained from oilseeds.

Working Principle

The oil is pumped into the filter press. The filter cloths retain pulp and solid particles, while the filtered oil is discharged from the system.

The 260x260 PP plates are arranged in a solid-empty-solid-empty-solid configuration. The first and last plates are always solid, and a maximum of one empty plate can be placed between two solid plates.

Each empty plate provides approximately 1 liter of filter cake volume. The number of plates can be selected according to the amount of solids in the product and the required capacity.
