The 60 Plate 400x400 Stainless Steel Vegetable Oil Filter Press is designed for higher-volume liquid filtration applications, particularly for reducing fine particles, sediments and turbidity in olive oil and sunflower oil.

This filter press is not intended for coarse separation of products containing high amounts of pulp or solids. Its main purpose is fine filtration and clarification of liquids containing relatively low amounts of fine particles.

In addition to vegetable oils, it can also be used for the filtration of wine, grape must, perfume and similar liquid products.

How Does the 60 Plate Filter Press Work?

The machine is equipped with 60 PP filter plates measuring 400x400 mm. Special filter sheets are positioned between the plates.

The liquid product is pumped into the filter press under pressure. As it passes through the filter sheets, fine sediments, small particles and substances causing turbidity are retained by the filtration media.

The 60 plate configuration provides a large total filtration area and is suitable for higher-volume filtration requirements.
