The ARB 50 Desiccant Plastic Raw Material Moisture Absorber is an industrial moisture removal and raw material preparation system developed to reduce the moisture contained in plastic raw materials before production. It helps to bring hygroscopic plastic raw materials, such as PA, PET, PC, and ABS, which can absorb moisture from the environment, to an appropriate moisture level before processing.

The system uses desiccant technology to reduce the moisture in the process air and provides dry air to the raw material. This working principle supports the removal of moisture contained within the material, rather than just eliminating the moisture on the surface of the raw material.

High moisture remaining in plastic raw materials can cause production problems such as surface defects, silvering, bubble formation, process instability, and loss of mechanical properties during injection and extrusion. The ARB 50 helps to reduce such moisture-related problems by assisting in the controlled preparation of the raw material before production.
